As a build-to-print manufacturer, Field Aviation specializes in the production of parts 
and spares for the international commercial and military aerospace industry. Today Field manufactures airframe parts and accessories for both current-production aircraft and out-of-production aircraft.

Working with aerospace-approved grade metals, our manufacturing processes include: CNC routing, milling, turning and forming. We specialize in sheet metal details and assemblies, high-precision machining, TIG and spot welding, and production of fabricated metal parts to OEM specifications.

We produce parts made from composite materials such as floor panels, bulkheads, avionics shelves and anything that is fiberglass.

Repair and Overhaul

As an accredited AMO, we have the capability to repair and overhaul aircraft components. These include landing gear, actuators, exhaust and duct repairs. We also have a full furnishings department that can overhaul seats, produce dress covers, cut and serge carpet, and repair or manufacture cargo nets.

Kit Sales

As a Transport Canada-recognized Design Approval Organization (DAO), Field Aviation is able to design and approve customer-unique requirements. These components are then manufactured, packaged as installation kits and delivered directly to customers around the world.

Assured Quality Products

Field Aviation operates a Nadcap-approved state-of-the-art chemical processing line and heat treating facility. We manufacture to OEM drawings, specification and standards, adhering to the same quality standard as the OEM. We are both Transport Canada and AS9100 approved.

Proud of Our Exclusive License Agreements

Since 1989, Field Aviation has manufactured OEM parts under an exclusive license agreement for the out-of-production de Havilland Caribou (C4) and Buffalo (C5) aircraft. We also have a licensing agreement with Goodrich to manufacture the landing gear and actuators for the C4, C5, Dash 7 and SD330.
